Deep Dive Intensive
Length: 2 or 3 hours

Those who are ready to get to work but can't commit to more than a couple of days per month
These more focused, intensive sessions allow the client and therapist more time to process deeper issues in session, as well as conduct assessments and practice exercises in the comfort and security of the office.

2 Hr Deep Dives Include:

110 minutes of focused therapy, assessment, and exercises

Optional 10 minute break

3 Hr Deep Dives Include:

155 minutes of focused therapy, assessment, and exercises

15 minute break at 90-min mark

Complementary coffee or tea provided by Hope Grows and ordered from our local Restoration coffee shop
Deep Repair Couple's Intensive
Length: 6 hours
Price: $1,000

Couples with work/travel schedules that make regular therapy difficult

Hurting Couples in need of deep repair or renewal
These extended sessions allow the couple and therapist to cover as much ground as 5 traditional sessions, which would normally take a minimum of 5-6 weeks. This intensive provides the opportunity for accelerated healing for couples in the aftermath of a serious issue, such as infidelity or grief, or seeking to renew their intimacy with each other in a powerful way.

6 Hr Deep Renewal Intensives Include:

3 hours of focused couples therapy, assessments, and exercises

1 hour individual sessions for each partner (2 total)

Depending on time of day, complementary lunch, coffee, or refreshments will be provided, sourced from local establishments

Deep Repair & Renewal Couple's Intensive
Length: 8 hours (full day)
Price: $2,000

Couples in the aftermath of deep hurt or grief

Busy Parents who need extended time to reconnect while someone has the kids

Couples who feel as if they have forgotten who they are in the chaos of life
Come in comfy clothes - we're going to be here a while. These retreat-like sessions allow the couple and therapist to cover as much ground as 7 traditional sessions, which would normally take a minimum of 2 months. This intensive provides the opportunity for accelerated healing for couples in the aftermath of a serious issue, such as infidelity, or seeking to renew their intimacy with each other in a powerful way.

8 Hr Deep Repair Intensives Include:

4.5 hours of focused couples therapy, assessments, and exercises

1 hour individual sessions for each partner (2 total)

Complementary coffee, tea, or other beverage of choice upon arrival, sourced from local Restoration Coffee

Complementary lunch onsite, sourced from local restaurant of choice. Menus will be provided and orders made prior to day of intensive.

9am - coffee upon arrival, couples therapy

10am - Partner 1 individual session, Partner 2 guided exercises, rest, and reflection

11am - Partner 2 individual session, Partner 1 guided exercises, rest, and reflection

12pm - private lunch, provided by Hope Grows

1pm - couples therapy
-
3pm - 30 min break to rest, reflect, journal, and refocus

3:30pm - resume couple's therapy

5pm - close and departure
